Work Request Form (WRF) Information
All work to be initiated by the Creative Services Team will need a completed Work Request Form (WRF) submitted before any work will commence. This pertains to all work, whether it’s a simple reprint or an entirely new project. If there are questions at any point in this process, it is encouraged they be asked.
The following provides an outline of the process to have your objectives supported by the best efforts of the Creative Services Team. If large sticking points are encountered during the WRF completion, the project may need to be revisited by the submitting parties or management.
Steps:
- Submit Work Request Form
- Confer on content of WRF
- Approve WRF
- Review Creative Brief (when supplied) or initial concepts (2)
- Approve Creative Brief or concept
- Review comps (2) or final proof of developed concept
- Approve final selection
The "mean" stuff:
Deadlines missed will move finish date accordingly; compression of timelines will not occur.
Projects WILL NOT proceed without all proper approvals.
An incomplete WRF will be returned, no exceptions.
Once the WRF has been approved, a single person from the requesting department will be responsible for interaction with the Creative Services Team and the timeliness of approvals. This person should be able to clearly convey any information from other members of their team.
Any projects beyond updates, proofreading, revisions or simple collateral items (at the discretion of Creative Team managers) with final deadlines of less than 30 days from the submission of the WRF will require the approval of a Creative Manager. All considerations will be made to accommodate departmental needs.
